A first-class dark theme for the calendar app and marketing site. Your schedule stays readable late at night, on low-light screens, and alongside dark email clients — without the jarring white flash when you switch contexts.

Set a one-off override on your booking page — no bookings sooner than 2 days from now, or 4 days, or whatever you need — for the gaps between meetings when you don't want to micromanage your schedule.
Right-click an event and get the full menu you'd expect: accept / maybe / decline, duplicate, jump to previous/next occurrence, email this event, email the series, email all participants. Parity with Apple Calendar's right-click menu.
Add a location to an event and pick walking, biking, or driving. Kamili calculates ETA and gives you a leave-by reminder so you arrive on time, with the lead time scaling automatically with traffic.
If you haven't arrived by the meeting start time, Kamili pings you again at +5 and +10 minutes with "You will not arrive on time — call to reschedule?" Optional screen-block at -5/0/+5 so you can't miss it.
Manage every calendar from a single collapsible list in the sidebar — show/hide, rename, add a new calendar, delete, change colour. Replaces the buried preferences pane every other calendar app uses.
At meeting time Kamili plays a sound, surfaces the join link, and (if you let it) opens the meeting URL in your browser automatically. No more frantic searching for the Zoom link as the meeting starts.
On mobile, Kamili Calendar can detect when you've arrived at a venue and surface event-specific reminders — agenda, attendees, the dial-in if it's a hybrid meeting. Mobile-only; uses native location services.
